Specialist counselling and skills programmes for neurodivergent children, youth and the caregivers who support them.
YOU MIGHT BE HERE BECAUSE
Mornings turn into a battle before you've even left the house.
You mask all day and don't know how to stop once you're home.
You're the only one who really gets your kid, and it's wearing you down.

FOR CHILDREN
School says "fine." Home tells a very different story.
The meltdown feels bigger than whatever set it off.
Your child is bright and full of things to say, and still "shuts down" when something feels too hard.
FOR YOUTH
You want to fit in and be exactly who you are, and it feels like you can't have both.
Your parents and your teachers see two different kids. You're tired of being both of them.
Everyone keeps asking what's wrong, and "I don't know" is the truest answer you have.
One-on-one, neurodiversity-affirming counselling that meets kids and teens where they are — building self-understanding and self-regulation skills without trying to make anyone "less" of who they are.

FOR CAREGIVERS
You've read every book, tried every strategy — and you're still guessing.
You're managing appointments, IEPs, meltdowns, and everyone else's needs, and no one's asked how you're doing.
You love your child fiercely. You're allowed to be exhausted too.
Support for the adults holding it all together — practical strategies alongside space to process what it actually feels like to parent a neurodivergent child.
Raising a neurodivergent child is rewarding, demanding, and often invisible work. Many of the caregivers I work with are doing extraordinary things for their children while running on empty themselves.
Caregiver sessions are a space that's entirely yours — to process, to problem-solve, to figure out what you need, and to be supported in a way that helps you show up for the people who depend on you.

A 10-week online programme for neurodivergent youth aged 10–21, building independence and life skills at each young person's own pace.
Neurodivergent young people are often doing their best in a world that wasn't designed for them. When they're struggling — at school, at home, or just inside their own heads — the right support can make an enormous difference.
I work with children and youth to help them understand themselves better, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for navigating the challenges they face. Sessions are tailored to the individual — their age, their pace, and what actually works for them.
